To Begin a Search

• To begin a search in WGSN, you need to get the login user name and password first.  Steps are as follows :

          1. Click the icon "L" (Login) next to Worth Global Style Network = edu

          2. Enter your VTC email account name and password in the pop-up box

          3. Get the WGSN user name and password from the "List of User-IDs and Passwords"

       4. Click onto the linkage of the WGSN and login with the user name and password you get from the list

          5. Choose and click an item button at the top of the screen to begin a search

 

To Display Results/Records

The Web pages resulting from your selection are automatically displayed after each step in the search process.

 

To Navigate Between Sections and Documents

• Click on an item button at the top of the screen, or click on a highlighted links in the main text
• These hypertext links allow to browse between sections and documents
• Some graphics also act as links to help speed the search
• Click the Back button to reverse any action

 

To Print Searching Results

Searching results can be printed by using the print function on your browser if a local printer is connected.

• Select the Print option in the File menu
• Select which page(s) to be printed, e.g. all, current or a certain page / range of pages
• Choose the OK button to print desired pages in the format of HTML

 

To Save Searching Results

Searching results can be downloaded by using the save function on your browser.

• Select the Save as option in the File menu
• Specify the destination and a file name to your local drive, to save results in the format of HTML
